The ARVA Emergency Blanket UL 55g is a super lightweight disposable emergency blanket that will protect you from the cold in case of emergencies. With the red side facing outward, the survival blanket captures infrared rays from the sun to warm the rescued victim, while the silver side reflects 90% of body heat. In case of extreme heat, you may want to prevent the body from overheating. In this case, place the red side against the body to allow heat to escape, and the silver side facing outward to reflect infrared rays from the sun. Remember to allow some airflow for ventilation. Caution: do not use this survival blanket during a thunderstorm or near glowing materials.
