The Captain Fingerfood  360° hangboard is the all-rounder among training boards!

The handy cube contains 12 different grip options and weighs just 250g. From the smallest 15mm bar to pincer grips and a good handle for pull-ups, everything is possible. You can hang on it, attach additional weight, use it on pulleys or place your foot in the rope loop to warm up your fingers. The 360° hangboard is the ideal companion for the everyday life of a climbing athlete thanks to its wide range of exercises, compact size and low weight.

To use all grip variations, the rope is pulled from one side of the board to the other. This allows it to be turned in all directions and gripped from all sides. Each grip edge is ergonomically rounded and does not cut the skin uncomfortably. The grip surfaces of the four possible power depths have a pleasantly light incut under load. To obtain a measurable grip depth when training pincer grips, each side is provided with two thin orientation lines.
