The Petzl Jane-Y double lanyard for work at height is a dynamic progression lanyard consisting of two non-adjustable fixed pieces, a 30 cm short piece and a 60 cm long piece.

With Jane-Y you can permanently secure yourself when climbing the rope through the two ends. You will always be on two safes: the long head to connect a jumar locking handle and a short head to ensure you pass the splits.

The ends of the garments are equipped with a plastic sheath to keep the connectors in place during progression and protect them from abrasion.

The dynamism of the lanyard will intervene in the event of a fall, reducing the energy transmitted to the user. The lanyard has no energy absorber and must therefore only be used if the fall factor is less than 1, in other words under the Jumar handle blocker or under the anchor point.
