SALEWA Ergo Tex via ferrata set is the ultimate in lightness and comfort, safety and handling.

Ergo Tex consists of two pieces of retractable webbing to which two Ergotec 3.0 carabiners are attached.

The special feature of Ergo Tex is the integrated rotating system, placed between the carabiners and the dissipator, which continuously adjusts the length of the two arms to ensure smooth, uncomplicated progression. Thanks to this technical device, handling Ergo Tex will be a piece of cake, without worrying about the two webbing twisting or hindering your movements.

The two Ergotec 3.0 karabiners are new large, lighter, more ergonomic and easy to use even when wearing gloves, thanks to the enlarged lever opening for hooking and unhooking manoeuvres.

Their design requires 30% less effort from the hands than conventional via ferrata carabiners, as confirmed by tests at the Technical University of Munich. Ergotec 3.0 also feature a mechanism that prevents any accidental opening.
