It offers a variety of depths (from 45mm to 20mm) to train progressively toward their goals. Struggling with pull-ups? No problem—this hangboard allows you to attach a band (sold separately) to make exercises easier by reducing weight. Too easy? You can increase the difficulty by adding Verticalboard magnetic wedges to reduce each depth by 10mm (sold separately).
