YY Vertical Verticalboard One is a climbing board designed to train strength and endurance, ideal for expert climbers.

Its particular design makes it suitable for strengthening the muscle, tendon and ligament structures of the fingers, forearms, arms and back used in climbing.

At your disposal you will have a wide range of symmetrical notches of different depths and widths, flared or not. There are three handles, two on the side to warm you up and a central one that you can use for the unloading elastics as well as for single-arm pull-ups. Another interesting technical detail is the possibility of reducing the depth of the notches by 10 mm thanks to a mobile support that you can remove and replace as you wish. There are also two large 35° flares.
